NQT Training

Hadleigh High school offers a comprehensive programme of training and support for Newly Qualified Teachers. The programme is designed to develop skills and experience in all aspects of pedagogy and it is delivered via fortnightly training sessions throughout the year. In addition to the above NQT’s also undertake a piece of action research which allows them to develop expertise in a chosen area. They are also mentored by outstanding practitioners and receive a personalised programme of support.
